Special Lagnas Editor

The Special Lagnas Editor allows you to define your own Special Lagnas. The user-defined Special Lagnas can then be viewed along with the pre-defined traditional Special Lagnas using the Traditions/Vedic/Special Points/Special Lagnas menu.

To open the view the Special Lagnas Editor, expand the Utilities menu and select the Special Lagnas Editor... menu option.

1. To create a new Special Lagna, click the Add New button.
2. Enter the following values:
• Name: name of the Special Lagna
• Short Name: abbreviation
• Planet: Planet used in calculation
• Rate: rate per hour
• Converse: direction of movement. Select Yes to ensure that the Special Lagna is calculated in clock-wise direction.
3. Click the Save (or Save/Close) button.
