What happens when my subscription expires?

Don’t panic, your data and all your previously saved charts are not going to be deleted. You can renew your subscription whenever you’re ready. And as soon as your subscription is renewed you will be able to access all your data again.

How do I ensure my subscription will be renewed automatically?

When subscribing please select the Automatic Renewal option. For such subscriptions we recommend using the Paypal/Credit card payment option.

How can I renew my subscription?

First of all, make sure you’re logged in. Then go to the My Subscription menu and select the Extend Plan option and follow instructions on the Plan screen.
You will be able to choose duration of your subscription during the renewal process.

Do you sell information to 3rd parties?

The answer is – NO. We take privacy of our customers very seriously and we never sell, rent or otherwise share information with anyone. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for the detailed information.

Are there any free services?

Yes, you don’t need to have a paid subscription to access AstroMaps, Earthquake Maps and basic features of AstroApp.

Refunds Policy

Full refunds will only be issued for the duplicate subscription and resulting duplicate charges for Lifetime (Unlimited duration) subscriptions.
All other charges are non-refundable. Please read our Terms Of Service carefully for further details.

How do I remove my account?

Please contact AstroApp Support team and your account will be removed.
