Bob Makransky is a systems analyst, computer programmer, and professional astrologer. For the past 35 years he has lived on a farm in highland Guatemala, where he studied Mayan astrology and shamanism with his teacher don Abel Yat Saquib until don Abel's death in 2009.

Bob became interested in magic at Micky Russo's Spiritualist Church in San Francisco in the 60's, but it wasn't until twenty years later that he began channeling spirits himself. He moved to Guatemala in the early 70's and started a farm which operates on principles akin to Rudolf Steiner's Biodynamics, but with a Mayan slant. He became involved with local Mayan priests because of Mayan calendar software he had written, which they had adopted; and he was given a ritual to invoke Mayan spirits himself.
Magic can be defined as the intentional manipulation of luck by means of the deliberate cultivation of intuition. Magic is not a matter of altered states of consciousness, or of ooga-booga rituals to invoke spirits (although it does involve such things). Rather, magic is a matter of liberating yourself from your social conditioning by learning how to operate on intent - direct knowing and acting; following your own heart - rather than by thought (subscribing to other people's belief systems). Thus magic can be considered a form of psychotherapy - of dehypnotizing and rehypnotizing yourself to release the obsessive fixation of everyday life.

Bill Meridian began to study astrology in 1972 as he entered Wall Street after he received his MBA at NYU. He trained as a bioenergetic therapist with Dr. John Pierrakos in NYC for 7 years. Bill began applying computers to financial astrology in 1983 eventually designing the AstroAnalyst. He contributed the efficiency test, first-trade charts, composite cycles and other useful tools to the Market Trader and Timing Solutions programs.

Bill has authored three books:

1. Planetary Stock Trading,
2. Planetary Economic Forecasting, and
3. Predictive Power of Eclipse Paths.

His Cycles Research service has been ranked number one in stock, bond and gold market timing by Timer Digest. His CRportfolio has been highly ranked by Hulbert. He has written Dell Horoscope?s mundane astrology column since 1990. Bill is a member of the Austrian futurist society, The KENOS Circle. Helmut came from Germany in 1958.
Initially he studied music at the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, majoring in composition. He was drafted into the US Army right before his senior year. Circumstances changed and he decided to study art at the Maryland Institute College of Art, from where he graduated in 1961. In the middle 80’s he decided to get, and got, his masters from Towson University.
He has taught German at Morgan State University and Towson University.
Helmut also leads his own Big Band for which he writes and arranges all the music.
He is the proud recipient of the prestigious professional Gold Medal from the Arthur Murray School of Dancing, where he taught dancing to earn his conservatory tuition.
Helmut is also a professional Astrologer, certified by the American Federation of Astrologers (PMAFA).
He has written and published four books:
