Refund Policy

This page reproduces clause 11.5 of the Terms of Use, which is where AstroApp’s position on refunds is set out. It is an extract, here for convenience; the Terms of Use are the agreement.

11.5    All monies paid by the User to AstroApp are non-refundable. A cancellation or termination of this Agreement by the User or AstroApp at any time for any reason will not entitle the User to a refund of monies paid.

Turning off auto-renewal

A subscription that renews automatically can be stopped at any time from your account page: open the subscription and choose Cancel auto-renew. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for — cancelling does not shorten it, and no further payment is taken.
