Don’t panic, your data and all your previously saved charts are not going to be deleted. You can renew your subscription whenever you’re ready. And as soon as your subscription is renewed you will be able to access all your data again.
How can I renew my subscription?
First of all, make sure you’re logged in. Then go to the My Account and select the New Subscriptions menu. You will be able to chose the type and duration of your subscription during the renewal process.
I just paid for a premium subscription but I'm still getting Free Edition features only. What should I do?
Please log out from AstroApp using the Charts/Log Off menu and then log in again.
Do you sell information to 3rd parties?

Are there any free services?
Yes, you don’t need to have a paid subscription to access AstroMaps, and basic features of AstroApp.
