Tibetan Astrology
Tibetan astrology features include the star and planetary forces, the parkhas for days and years, the mewas, and the Tibetan lunar mansions, the gyukars, with their own chart style and interpretations.
The Tibetan calendar shows the date of a chart in the Phugpa calendar of the Tibetan almanacs: the lunar day, month and year with the leap months and the skipped and repeated days, Losar and the great festivals, the five components of the almanac, and the elements, trigram and number of the year, the month and the day. AstroApp counts the forces, parkhas and mewas from this calendar, so each year begins at Losar.
Japanese Astrology
The Sanmeigaku chart, the primary chart of the Japanese tradition, comes with its rest periods, aspects and brief interpretations, and a report for its houses. Nine Star Ki, the Kyusei Kigaku of Japan, gives the year, month and day stars of a birth and the inclination palace; the planetary layouts of any year, month or day with your unlucky directions (the Five Yellow, the Dark Sword, the Breakers and your own star) and your lucky and best directions for a move or a journey; the palace your star visits in each of the next 10 years and 12 months; the compatibility of the nine stars with a partner; and an interpretation report. The anatomical Lo Shu projections, male and female, apply the Lo Shu chart to the human body, while the medical Lo Shu transits apply it to time periods.
Mongolian Astrology
The Zurkhai tradition of Mongolia is represented by Buddha's wheel, available in two color schemes, along with its interpretations.
Settings and the Planetarium
In the Oriental Settings you can change the correspondences between the I Ching and the zodiac, the houses, the planets and the degrees. You can also adjust the colors of the Chinese elements. The 3D Planetarium contains nine sets of constellations, corresponding to various astronomical and astrological traditions of the world. One of those sets shows the sky with the traditional Chinese constellation figures.
