Electional Astrology Software

Electional astrology from traditional methods to automated searches over months or years.

AstroApp helps you find the right time for an election. In the main Elections module you move the chart forward and back and watch lunar mansions, planets positions and their essential dignities change. This can be used for rectifications as well. You can search for the exact time a house cusp or a planet reaches zodiacal position you want. The Advanced Election Scanner evaluates every single moment across your chosen timeframe against custom rules you define, mapping the results clearly on a daily, weekly, or yearly timeline. For classical practitioners, the Fixed Star Election module builds directly on traditional Picatrix and Renaissance astrological magic methods.

Moving the Chart in Time

In the Election and Rectification module, you can step through time at whatever interval you like, instantly updating the chart, dignities table, and essential dignities graph with every tweak. The graph tracks planet dignities over time so you can click any point for a detailed breakdown. And the built-in Traditional Page conveniently brings together the election functionality along with chart, dignities, planetary hours and other Traditional astrology components in one view.

House Cusp and Planetary Position Searches

Finding the perfect astrological timing is simple with these two tools:

House Cusps Search: Pinpoint the exact moments when house cusps align where you need them across any house system, complete with a live chart preview for every result.
Planetary Positions Search: Pick a target position for any planet, and instantly get the dates when that alignment happens.

Once you have your candidates, view them on an interactive timeline where you can filter out weekends or specific days of the week to fit your schedule.

The Advanced Election Scanner

The Advanced Election Scanner automatically searches any timeframe based on your custom criteria. Build simple or complex formulas using flexible logic rules (AND, OR, XOR, NOT) drawn from hundreds of astrological conditions. The scanner evaluates the entire period and surfaces every single matching window. Save, rate, and reuse your search setups anytime, and view your results alongside your own calendar events on weekly or yearly timelines.

Fixed Star Elections

Elect auspicious times with the fixed stars, using methods grounded in western tradition from the Picatrix and from Renaissance astrology sources. Dynamic star tables highlight heliacal events and parans. The Stars aspects table shows the interpretation for each aspect.

Essential Dignities Timeline

The Essential Dignities Timeline module shows the dignity of each planet day by day over any timeframe. You can add it as a portlet to any portal, so you can include it in your own Portal dedicated to the Electional astrology.
